(Yeshanpo).Focusing on the big health beverage sector, Kaiqisi, leveraging its 10th-generation aseptic technology, has customized two high-speed flexible aseptic production lines for Xingyu Biotechnology (Yeshanpo).The turnkey project covers clean workshops, pretreatment systems, 24,000 BPH (carbonated & non-carbonated compatible) PET aseptic blowing-filling-capping (BFC) monoblocks, and secondary packaging systems, realizing fully automated operation and centralized central control for the entire line.In addition, Kaiqisi provides a full-chain integrated service covering preliminary workshop planning and layout, process design, production operation management, team establishment, as well as later operation and maintenance support.From front-end workshop construction to back-end intelligent operation and maintenance, from hardware equipment implementation to software management system establishment, Kaiqisi delivers one-stop overall solutions to fully help Xingyu Biotechnology (Yeshanpo) achieve standardized production control, large-scale capacity expansion and intelligent operation upgrading.
